Chris Everheart Latest to Ink with Bowling Cats

McKenzie, Tenn. (07.14.10)-Memphis Overton's Christopher Everheart is the latest addition to Coach Clay Boyd's Bethel University Bowling squad.

The Business Management Major has been a state qualifier for the last three years at Overton. His most memorable moments at Overton were bowling a 299 and his team making the state finals in 2010. His career average is 198.

He is the son of Van and Shirley Everheart of Memphis.

He feels his positive attitude and being a team player are his strengths. He feels he needs to be more consistent and focused as he enters Bethel.

He chose Bethel over Cumberland University and Vanderbilt because he felt he would be more focused as a player and student as a Wildcat.

Coach Boyd says Chris will be a great asset to the Wildcat program. "It is a great honor to have such a humble and dedicated young man to sign with us. He will represent our university well."
