McKenzie, Tenn. (07.19.10)-Henry County High School All-District performer Cody Walker signed with the Bethel University men's soccer program Monday.
Cody started all four years with the Patriots and scored 18 goals his senior season.
The Biology Major is the son of Mark and Revita Walker of Paris.
He was a member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Club at Henry County.
He feels ball control, speed, and his ability to finish are his strong points. He chose the Wildcats because he has followed the program in recent years.
Bethel Coach Melvin Belong commented, "Cody is an outstanding student athlete and we are delighted to add him to our program." Belong added, "Cody is a local talent and he has great potential to become an outstanding player at Bethel University."
