Taylor Stricklin Signs with Bethel
McKenzie, Tenn. (08.09.10) - Greenfield golfer Taylor Stricklin signed with the Bethel University Golf team Monday. Stricklin was a four year member of the squad at Greenfield High School where he was All-District for three years.
The Mathematics major is the son of Bill and Ramona Stricklin of Greenfield.
He chose Bethel because of the proximity of the school and is excited about playing at the collegiate level.
He feels a strength of his game is his ability to chip.
Bethel Coach Monte Cunningham commented on the signing. "Any time we can sign a local player it is nice. Taylor comes from a good program and he knows what it takes to continue to improve. I look forward to working with him."
