NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nina Djokovic of Bethel College is the TranSouth Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Players of the Week for the week ending February 10, 2008.

Djokovic, a 6’1” sophomore forward from Belgrade, Serbia, led the Wildcats to split of conference games this week. In the team’s 74-62 win over Martin Methodist she had 16 points and 17 rebounds. Djokovic also added two assists, a block, and two steals. In the team’s 85-70 loss at No. 16 Lambuth she added 25 points and six rebounds.

For the week she averaged 20.5 points and 11.5 rebounds.

Bethel is now 11-12 on the year and 6-6 in conference play.
