McKenzie, Tenn. - The Bethel University Lady Wildcats wrapped up a TranSouth Conference regular season championship Tuesday night defeating Freed-Hardeman University at Dishman Gym. The Lady Cats won in five sets by the scores of 19-25, 25-20, 25-21, 22-25, and 15-11.

Shea Sheppard led Bethel with 42 Assists. Sashalee Wallen had 21 Kills while Rebecca Jobst 10 Digs. Pollyanna Vitel had 14 Kills and 15 Digs.

Bethel improved to 10-15 overall and 5-0 in the conference. FHU fell to 10-8 overall and 2-2 in the league.

Bethel travels to Kentucky State Saturday for a doubleheader. They meet Asbury College at 11 a.m. and then face Kentucky State at 1 p.m.
