Nashville, TN (October 4, 2007) – The Bethel College Lady Wildcats were defeated by Trevecca Nazarene University (Tenn.) on Thursday night. The Lady Wildcats lost 0-3 (20-30; 12-30; 28-30) and fell to 6-11 (3-6) as Trevecca improved to 14-4 (8-3) on the season.

The Lady Wildcats were led by Lisa Sellers (JR/Brighton, TN) with 10 kills, 31 attacks, 10 digs, and one block. Senior Brittany Weller (Glendale, AZ) had eight kills, 25 attacks, and one block. Jessica Vieira (FR/Matozinhos, Brazil) produced seven kills, 25 attacks, 39 service receives, and 19 digs in the loss. Lisa Gaddie (SR/Memphis, TN) finished with 25 assists and 14 digs. Michele Cunha (SO/Belo Horizonte, Brazil) recorded 27 service receives and 30 digs in the match.

The Lady Wildcats will travel to Bryan College in Dayton, TN for two matches at 9AM and 11AM on Saturday, October 6, 2007.
