Dawyne Smith has been named TranSouth Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending Sept. 22, 2008
HENDERSON, Tenn. - Dawyne Smith of Bethel (Tenn.) College has been named the TranSouth Athletic Conference's men's soccer offensive player of the week respectively for the week ending Sept. 21, 2008.
 

Smith, a forward/midfielder from Kingston, Jamaica, recorded a hat trick in Bethel's 8-0 win over Crichton (Tenn.) College with all three goals coming in the second half. He also assisted on a goal in the 63rd minute as the Wildcats improved to 2-3-1 on the season.
