MCKENZIE, Tenn. (October 7, 2008) - The Bethel Lady Wildcats playing in a fall tune up, tied for fifth in the Trevecca Nazarene Fall Invitational in Nashville, Tenn. Baillie Johnson and Emily Muse both tied for seventeenth with a two day score of 172 to pace Bethel. The Lady ‘Cats were the highest placing team from the TranSouth Conference.
Bethel was in fifth after day one with a team score of 352. Johnson improved by two strokes from day one and Muse was a model of consistency as she carded an 86 both days. Jessi Tracey improved on day two by four strokes to finish with a 180 and tied for 22nd. Jessica Castleman hit the clubhouse with a score of 186 for 28th. Hayley Williams finished with a score of 189 tied for 31st.
The Lady Wildcats will continue to work in the fall at the Rhodes College Fall Invitational, at Tunica, Miss. on October 20
