HENDERSON, Tenn. –The Bethel Lady Wildcats moved to 4-7 on the season with a 3-0 road win at Freed-Hardeman Thursday night. Bethel beat the Lions 25-21, 26-24, and 25-14. FHU remained winless at 0-6.

It was a team effort for the Lady Cats. Jessyca Watson recorded 14 kills. Katelyn Van Hooser had 13 assists while Brooke Burress followed with 12 assists. Giulia Zilotti was credited with 13 digs. Daisy Liljenquist had 12 digs. 

Bethel has beaten FHU seven straight times.

The two squads meet again October 10 in McKenzie.

Bethel travels to Middle Georgia Friday, September 15 and Brewton-Parker Saturday, September 16 for two key SSAC openers.
