MURRAY, KY - The Bethel University men's golf squad opened their fall season Monday and Tuesday in the 14th Annual Murray State Invitational taking place at the Miller Memorial Golf Course in Murray, Kentucky.

The two day event had 14 teams playing 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday at the par-71 6,601 yards course. Over 90 players make up the 12 various squads participating in the event.

The teams were: Murray State, Bethel, Chicago State, Evansville, Green Bay, John A. Logan, Missouri Baptist, Morehead State, Southern Indiana, Tennessee Tech, Tennessee State, UT Martin, APSU and Western Illinois.

Murray State (850) won the event while Hunter Martin of UTM captured medalist honors at -2 under par.

Bethel jumps back into action in the Riley Moore Collegiate Cup being held Thursday at the Skyview Golf Course in Centerville, Tennessee.
