MCKENZIE, Tenn. (08.01.09) - The Wildcats' baseball team continued to add depth to the 2009-10 class with the signing of Andrew Fisher. Fisher attended Westview High School and is the son of James and Stacye Fisher.
Fisher was 2nd Team All-District 13AA for the Chargers in 2009 and the Defensive MVP. This past season he posted a .298 batting average and a .965 fielding percentage. The biggest strength he believes he brings to the team is his defensive ability. He hope to improve his batting while at Bethel.
The undecided major chose Bethel because of the school's small class sizes, its proximity to his home and the opportunity to continue to play baseball.
