Pulaski, TN (November 6, 2007) – The Bethel College Lady Wildcats were defeated by Martin Methodist College 0-3 (21-30; 20-30; 21-30) in the regular season’s final game. The Lady Wildcats fall to 15-16 98-10) on the season.
The Lady Wildcats were led by Jessica Vieira (FR/Matozinhos, Brazil) with 12 kills and 35 attacks. Michele Cunha (SO/Belo Horizonte, Brazil) finished with 51 service receives and 31 digs. Brittany Weller (SR/Glendale, AZ) added two aces and seven kills. Sarah Pipkin (SR/Pinson, TN) had 25 attacks and eight block assists in the match. Lisa Gaddie (SR/Memphis, TN) finished the match with 24 assists.
The Lady Wildcats will now move into TranSouth Conference Tournament action. The #6 Lady Wildcats will take on #3 Trevecca Nazarene University on Friday, November 9th at 11AM.
