BATESVILLE, Ark. -- Bethel University's Armando Orozco has been selected as the TranSouth Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 23-29, 2009.
Orozco, a junior midfielder from Mexico City, Mexico, had three of his team's five goals in two big TranSouth wins for the Wildcats this week. The junior scored two goals in a 3-0 shutout of Union University and added another goal in a 2-1 defeat of Cumberland University.

Bethel has held the top spot in the NAIA National Rankings for nine straight weeks and has not lost a match in 15 outings this season. They are also currently in first place in the TranSouth with a 5-0-2 league mark.
