Sean Fraser boots his school record 53 yard field goal against Faulkner University.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (11.09.09) -- Bethel University's Sean Fraser is the Mid-South Conference Football Special Teams Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.
Fraser connected on a pair of field goals and converted all six point after attempts to earn his second straight MSC Special Teams Player of the Week award. The New Castle, England, senior kicker booted a school record 53-yard field goal to help the Wildcats to a 48-6 win over visiting Faulkner University.
Fraser is second in the NAIA with 16 field goals this season. He leads the MSC and is fifth in NAIA with 76 kicking points.
Bethel is 5-5 on the season and is tied atop the West Division at 4-1. The Wildcats travel to Shorter this weekend.
