McKenzie, Tenn. (06.25.10)-Coach Rusty Thompson added another weapon to his Wildcat baseball squad Friday with the signing of Huntingdon's Sean Kendall.
The third/first baseman hit .431 this past season. He slugged eight home runs and drove in 51 runs. He had 11 doubles and scored 32 runs for the Mustangs.
Kendall was All-District as a junior and senior with HHS.
Sean is the son of Mike and Camey Kendall of Huntingdon.
He chose Bethel because he has always liked the school and feels it is a good fit as a student and athlete.
Coach Thompson is happy Sean chose the Cats. "I really like Sean as a player and student. He was a key member of the Mustangs and if he works hard he will be the same here at Bethel."
