After running for Bethel four years, Coach Kilburn was a Graduate Assistant for two years and is entering his third season as Head Coach. While coaching he has had a TranSouth Conference and Regional individual champion, four runners on the TranSouth All-Conference team, four individual qualifiers for the NAIA National Championships, sixteen individuals named to the TranSouth All-Academic team, and five NAIA Academic All-Americans.

Coach Kilburn graduated from Bethel in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and earned his Master's degree in Education in 2008.
