Head Coach Misty Aird embarks on her 11th season for the Bethel College Lady Wildcats and her 12th year being associated with the program.
Coach Aird has instilled a tradition of winning, having established the women's program as one of the top programs in the nation. Before joining the TranSouth Conference , she led the Lady Wildcats to six consecutive KIAC Championships. Her team was Region XII Champions in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Bethel qualified for the NAIA National Tournament for three consecutive years; in 2003, 2004, and 2005 with an "Elite Eight" finish in 2004.
In 2006, Coach Aird reached the 100 win plateau and has an impressive overall record of 143-54-11. She was named KIAC "Coach of the Year" in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, and 2005. She also received the honor of NAIA Region XII "Coach of the Year" in 2003.
The Lady Cats finished 6-6-5 last year. Coach Aird has led her teams to be one of the best in TranSouth Conference play. Bethel is 20-4-3 in conference play since 2006.
Coach Aird holds a Bachelor Degree from Bartlesville Wesleyan ('97) and Missouri Valley College ('99). She was awarded her Master's Degree from Bethel College in 2001. She is currently obtaining graduate hours at the University of Tennessee at Martin specializing in Health and Human Performance.
Coach Aird resides in McKenzie, TN with her husband, Matt, and two children, Maggie and Zachery.
Josh Hanna - Assistant Coach
Josh Hanna is currently the Assistant Coach of the Bethel University Lady Wildcats, General Manager of Tennessee Rush in Jackson, and Head Coach of the women's Nike Rush Team. Previously, Josh was the Head Coach of the Madison High School Lady Mustangs in Jackson,TN. He led the school to the state championship in his first year.
Josh competed as a striker, midfielder, infielder, and defender at the Division I level, scoring over 50 goals in his career. He was recognized as VMI Athlete of the Week three times, Big South Big Choice Hotels Conference Athlete of the Week, Big South All-Freshman Team, and the Big South All-Tournament player as VMI's leading scorer.
After transfering to Union University, he was named Player of the Week for the TranSouth Athletic Conference in 2007 and went on to help the Bulldogs achieve seventeen wins while scoring 23 goals over two years.

Tashana Taylor-Brown - Assistant Coach
Tashana played four years at Bethel and joins the squad as an assistant coach. She ia a former assiatant coach at St. Jago High School.
She was awarded goalkeeper of the year three times in high school.
She was a member of the U-19, U-20, and U-23 in the CONCACAF Woman's World Cup Qualifiers.
