After several months of work and upgrades the Gaines Pool at Bethel University  opened  on Monday, June 9, 2008. The renovation was made possible by the generosity of the Gaines family. Facelifts and improvements included: a new ceiling, new walls, new decking, a new salt based filtration system and the pool itself has been completely re-plastered. 

The Gaines Pool is an indoor facility open to the public year round. The cost is $3.00 per person/per day, seniors are $ 1.00 per day.

Effective June 1, 2011-  Summer hours are noon -8 p.m.  Monday -Friday. Saturday and Sunday, hours are 2 p.m. -6 p.m.

When school is in session -  Pool hours are Monday-Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 2:00pm - 6:00pm.  The cost is $3.00 per person/per day, seniors are $1.00 per day.

Year long passes are available and are $90.00 for individuals and $175.00 for a family of four.
