The Office of Sports Information at Bethel University serves the athletic department with the promotion, publicity, and information service of the college's 29 athletic programs. Intercollegiate programs for men include baseball, baseball JV, bass fishing,bowling, in-line hockey, swimming, triathlon, judo,basketball, basketball JV, cross country, football, golf, soccer, tennis, and track & field (indoor and outdoor), Women's teams include basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, swimming, bowling, triathlon, judo, track & field (indoor & outdoor) and volleyball. Co-ed sports include, dance team, cheerleading, and shooting.The office is responsible for encompassing promotion and publicity of the athletic programs and events to include news releases and the design and maintenance of the athletic website. Additionally, the sports information office serves as a host to local and visiting media for assigned home competitions, reports information to conference and national athletic affiliations, and produces and maintains accurate college athletic historical files.
