Alex Whitmore enters his 1st year coaching for the Wildcats. His duties will consist of working with infielders and hitters. Originally from Nashville, TN, Alex is 2002 graduate of McGavock High School. After high school, Coach Whitmore played 2 years at Dyersburg State C.C for Coach Robert White. While at Dyersburg State, he received many honors including All Conference, All Region, and he won the Rawlings Big Stick award. After Dyersburg State, Coach Whitmore played one year at NCAA Missouri State University. In 2006, Alex came to Bethel College to play his senior season. Alex made a instant impact helping lead Bethel to numerous school records including School Wins (33). Alex holds the single season school record in RBIs (62) and is second in Homeruns (16). Coach Whitmore will graduate in the Summer of 2008 with his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education.
