For about 45 participants the two day camp gave them a head start on the upcoming spring season. Bethel University Athletic Director Glenn Hayes was the director of the camp that included instruction from Vanderbilt Pitching Coach Derek Johnson, Mike Minor (the number seven overall pick in the 2009 MLB draft by the Atlanta Braves), current Vanderbilt pitchers Drew Hayes, Taylor Hill, Mark Lamm and catcher Drew Fann.
