Kristy Stephenson serves as the Athletics Operations Coordinator, bringing a passion for student-athlete success and a lifelong connection to collegiate athletics.

A proud alumna of Bethel University, Kristy was a member of the women’s basketball program, where she developed the leadership, teamwork, and competitive spirit that continue to guide her career today.

With extensive experience working with college students, Kristy has dedicated her career to supporting student development, academic success, and personal growth. Her commitment to serving students and building meaningful relationships has made her a valued member of the campus community.

In her role as Athletics Operations Coordinator, Kristy assists with the daily operations of the athletics department while helping create a positive and successful experience for student-athletes, coaches, and staff. She is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and support within the athletic community.

Kristy and her husband, Sean, are proud parents to their children, Griffin, Karson, Caroline, and Victoria. Their family is deeply involved in athletics and their local community, and they enjoy supporting one another in academics, sports, and community activities.

As a former student-athlete, alumna, and higher education professional, Kristy understands the lasting impact that athletics can have on students’ lives and is honored to help support the next generation of student-athletes.
