Good Turn Out for Baseball Send Off

MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Wildcat baseball squad is headed to postseason play this week.

Fans and staff showed their support for the Bat Cats as they gathered in the lobby of the Vera Low Enrichment Center on Monday and sent the team off with fanfare and best wishes. 

Sixth-seeded Bethel (Tenn.) (11-28, 5-13 in the MSC) and seventh-seeded Georgetown (Ky.) (14-31, 4-14) meet in Tuesday's elimination game. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. CT.

 The Wildcats swept their three-game series versus the Tigers in late March in McKenzie.  All games are being played at the Bowling Green Ball Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
