Mid-South Conference Esports Academic Awards Announced

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Sixty-nine Mid-South Conference Esports student-athletes earned Academic All-Conference honors, conference officials announced on Thursday.

To be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and be in their third term or fourth quarter.

Cumberland (Tenn.) led all MSC schools with 40 Esports academic honorees, while Campbellsville (Ky.) and Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) finished second with eight honorees each.

Four Bethel Wildcats excelled in the classroom.

Congratulations to Bryson Clayburn, Lane Flesher, Shania Macklin, and Kyle Schultz who earned honors.
