Bethel Anglers Continue to Enjoy Success

BAINBRIDGE, Ga.- Anthony Cicero and partner Caleb Nue punched their way to the upcoming Major League Fishing College National Championship this past Friday in Bainbridge, Georgia.

 The two Bethel anglers fishing on Lake Seminole and had a one-day limit of five bass that weighed in at 17.07 pounds. That weight placed the Bethel squad in 23rd place out of over 200 boats in the tournament. 

 Colton Drawdy and Hunter Shelton of Bethel placed 31st in the tournament and were just 3 ounces shy of making the thirty-boat cut for the berth into the championship. 

The Bethel Bass Team will now head to Cullman, Alabama in a couple of weeks to compete on Smith Lake in a Bassmasters competition.
