Mid-South Conference Announces Softball Academic & COC Awards

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - A total of 157 Mid-South Conference softball student-athletes earned Academic All-Conference honors, the conference office announced on Wednesday.

Ten Bethel Lady Wildcats excelled on the diamond and in the classroom.

Bethel's Alexis Wheeler was named to the Champions of Character team.

In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.

Cumberlands (Ky.) led all MSC institutions with 24 honorees while Pikeville (Ky.) had the second-most with 21.
