MSC Women’s Golf Spring Tournament Underway in Crossville

CROSSVILLE, Tenn. - The Mid-South Conference Women's Golf Spring Tournament began Monday at began Monday Cumberland Mountain in Crossville, Tennessee.

Eleven MSC teams played 36 holes Monday. A total of 63 golfers were scheduled to participate on the par 73, 5, 818-yard layout.

Bethel is tied for sixth with UPIKE after the first two rounds. The Cats are plus 105 after team scores of 348 and 341. The University of the Cumberlands leads the field at plus 36.

Bethel's Albane Le Helloco had the best finish among the Lady Wildcats. She tied for 17th with rounds of 82 and 82 at plus 18. Tessa Myers was in the top 25 with scores of 85 and 88.  Myers is tied for 25th.

The final 18 holes will be played on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. CT.

The MSC Women's Golf Spring Tournament is the second of two regular season tournaments to determine the MSC regular championship. In the fall tournament, Cumberland (Tenn.) took first, Cumberlands (Ky.) finished runner-up while Lindsey Wilson finished third.
