Blue Mountain Sweeps Volley Cats

BLUE MOUNTAIN, MS – The Bethel Volley Cats traveled to Blue Mountain Tuesday to take on the Blue Mountain Christian Lady Toppers.

Blue Mountain won 3-0 with scores of 25-21, 26-24, and 25-22.

Bethel dropped to 1-3 on the season. The Cats are 0-2 on the road and 1-1 in neutral site matchups.

The Toppers are 9-2 and the match marked their first home game of the season.

Bethel's Katie Pennington had 12 kills and 13 digs. Sara Ulich had 14 digs while Clara Sestine had 20 digs. Mackenzie McCammon  had a team high 30 assists.

Bethel returns to play Thursday hosting Rust College at 6 p.m. It will be the home opener for the Wildcats.
