Volleyball Drops Tough Decision at Freed-Hardeman

HENDERSON, Tenn. – The Bethel Lady Wildcats dropped a tough decision to Freed-Hardeman in Henderson Tuesday night, falling to the Lady Lions 3-1.

The Lions won 25-16, 27-29, 25-21, and 25-19.

Bethel's Camila Sandoval led the Cats with 19 assists and 12 digs. Katie Pennington had a team high 14 kills and 12 digs. Clara Sestini had 11 digs while Kennedi Morrison followed with 10 digs.

Bethel fell to 9-11 overall and 3-4 in the MSC.

FHU jumped to 14-12 and 2-6.

The Lady Cats remain on the road traveling to Fisk University on Tuesday for a 7 p.m. match-up.
