Cats Make Semi-finals in ITA Regional

GEORGETOWN, Ky. - The Bethel Wildcat doubles duo of Lucca Nesi and Gabriel Perini, seeded No. 5 overall, took the court in the ITA Regional semifinals against the No. 2 seed pair from Lindsey Wilson, Mateo Larrea and Lev Sholosh.

The Wildcats struck first, holding serve to grab an early 1-0 lead, setting the tone for a highly competitive match. Both sides traded games in a back-and-forth battle, with strong rallies and tight points throughout.

In the end, Lindsey Wilson's experience proved the difference as Nesi and Perini fell 8-4, closing out their strong tournament run in the semifinal round.

Coach Hubble praised the duo's performance, saying, "Lucca and Gabriel played with a lot of heart and showed they can compete with some of the best in our region. Getting to the semifinals is a great step forward for them and for our program."
